Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Hell’s Belles Nails. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are in place to protect both you as a client and my time as a nail technician.
2. Bookings & Deposit
A ÂŁ15 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
This will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you provide more than 24 hours notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment once.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, the booking fee will be lost and a new one will be required to rebook.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
5. Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and your booking fee may be lost.
6. Nail Art
Nail Art is priced based on the design and the time it takes to complete.
Please send any inspiration images prior to your appointment. This allows enough time to plan your design and ensure the correct time is booked.
Design changes on the day may not always be possible.
The final price will be confirmed once the design has been discussed.
7. Refunds and Repairs
All services are non-refundable once completed. If there is anything you are unhappy with, please let me know during your appointment so I can make any adjustments where possible.
If you experience any issues after your appointment, please contact me within 72 hours so I can assess and carry out any necessary repairs free of charge.
Repairs requested after 72 hours will be charged at ÂŁ3 per nail.
8. Payments
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
Cash, card payments and bank transfers (in GBP) are accepted.
If paying by Cash, please bring the exact amount as I may not have change.
9. Consultations and Medical Information
Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
10. Health and Safety
I reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of infection, bacterial issues, or damaged nails that could pose a health risk.
11. Illness
If you are unwell, please get in touch prior to your appointment.
If I am unwell, I will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange.
12. Age Restrictions
Due to insurance, clients must be 18 or over.
13. Client Conduct
A respectful and friendly environment is important. Rude or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. As this is a home-based studio, please attend your appointment alone, unless previously discussed.
14. Date Protection
All client data is handled in line with GDPR and kept confidential.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to book, you agree to the latest version.
