Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Hell’s Belles Nails (the “Studio”). By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to protect both you as the client and our business.
2. Bookings & Deposit
All appointment requests are subject to review and confirmation by Hell’s Belles Nails. No deposit is required at the time of booking. However should you not attend the appointment or give less than 24 hours notice for cancellation, a 50% deposit will be required for future appointments.
Nail Art price is per nail depending on detail, this will be added onto the final amount at the appointment.
3. Lateness
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are 10+ minutes late there is a risk of your appointment being shortened or cancelled.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.
5. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed. If you experience any issues soon after your service, please contact us within 72 hours to discuss repairs or adjustments as needed.
6. Payment Terms
Remaining payment is due at the end of the appointment. We accept cash and card payments in GBP.
7. Consultation & Allergies
If required, please complete any consultation forms provided before your appointment. It is essential to inform us of any known allergies or medical conditions that may affect your nails. For nail art inspiration, please send reference images beforehand.
8. Client Conduct
We maintain a welcoming environment and ask that all clients act respectfully. Rude or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
9. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of infection, bacterial issues, or damaged nails that could pose a health risk.
10. Illnesses
If you are unwell please contact us and we can assess if we can go ahead with the service.
In the event that the nail technician is unwell, we will contact you as soon as possible to re-arrange your appointment.
11. Age restrictions
Due to insurance U18's are not allowed in the nail Studio.
12. Data Protection
We handle and store client data in compliance with GDPR. Your personal information is kept confidential and only used for providing our services.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any modifications will take effect once published, and by continuing to book with us, you accept any revised terms.
